Picking Stocks for Beginners (LIVE BUYING)
In this video, I walk you through my thought process when buying stocks for my own dividend & value stock portfolio. I buy 21 shares of a commercial real estate stock (ARI) and show you why I decided to invest in this stock and my reasoning behind all the “moves” I make when deciding what stock to invest in.. The most important things when analyzing a stock, in my opinion, are dividend yield, dividend history, volatility, and my own intuition. Using professional financial and investment firms’ opinions are also extremely valuable when starting out to find out what stocks to invest in unless you’re worried they might be attempting to increase the stock price (a bubble aka bitcoin).
