2️⃣ When you get stuck on a project, you purchase a single credit for $39 - a one-time flat fee. This allows
you to create a video to explain the issue and submit your ticket.
3️⃣ Expert creators are notified - someone needs help!
4️⃣ Any expert can solve the ticket by leaving comments and recording their own screen to help provide a customized solution in async style.
5️⃣ Once your ticket is solved, you can can leave feedback and/or a rating for the expert creator who helped you!
