1️⃣ Webflow creators can sign up for a free account at hiophelia.com.
2️⃣ When you get stuck on a project, you purchase a single credit for $39 - a one-time flat fee. Then you can create a video to explain your issue and submit your help ticket.
3️⃣ Expert creators are notified - someone needs help!
4️⃣ One of Ophelia's expert creators can solve the ticket by leaving comments and a screen recording to provide a customized solution in a-sync style.
5️⃣ Once your ticket is solved, you can leave feedback and/or a rating for the expert creator who helped you!
