Installing a new E30 Windshield Cowl on the ole' M3
The dear viewer will remember that I had cut the original out to properly cut the cage out, then patch the firewall behind it. Many E30 suffer from rusty cowls that need replacement due to corrosion. This video could serve as a guide for those who need to do it for any reason.
For those with M3s, the cowl is slightly different. The windshield mounting surface is taller because the window in the M3 is glued in for chassis rigidity. The panel is identical otherwise and so is the installation.
