Multi-Omic Sample Analysis in KBase
This webinar features KBase Principal Investigator Adam Arkin showcasing how his team used our latest features for multi-omic analysis of environmental sampling data to drive their science. Adam demonstrates how he and his team used KBase Samples services to organize multiple collection campaigns from the Ecosystems and Networks Integrated with Genes and Molecular Assemblies (ENIGMA) project to analyze linked measurements of amplicons, metagenomes, and chemical abundances. This research provides a unique case study of how multiple organisms contribute to nitrogen cycling in subsurface microbial communities.
