The Adobe Premiere plugin Dehancer is by far one of the best film emulation plugins I've found to date. The flexibility it has along with also being available on iOS devices such as your iPad or iPhone is what sets it apart. If this video does not say it enough, I Absolutely LOVE this plugin.
