getting over the birthday blues
On this video, we talk about getting over the birthday blues. Historically, birthday's have always been hard for me (Caleb) and on this video, we talk more about my process of getting over the birthday blues and what that has looked like.
For so many years, I didn't have time for relationships because I thought relationships distracted me from getting where I want to be in life. But the more that I've leaned into the ultimate healing work, accepting who I am, where I am, I've created more space for meaningful relationships. And because of these meaningful relationships, for the first time in a long time, I didn't experience the Birthday Blues I've historically experienced around my birthday.
So, if you're someone who has experienced the birthday blues or you still do, I hope that you know that you're not alone.
