This module articulates the fundamental knowledge for the execution, management, and responsible closure phases of cultural projects, bringing together content on administrative management, financial management, strategic use of artificial intelligence, and accountability procedures. It starts from the understanding that accessing a grant is only the beginning of the process: continuity and institutional sustainability depend on the ability to organize documents, manage resources, record actions, communicate results, and provide secure accountability.

The lesson covers essential documents, monitoring routines, organization of physical and digital files, and basic management responsibilities, considering the concrete challenges faced by terreiros (Afro-Brazilian religious centers), collectives, associations, and cultural groups.
