GLOphotonics is a spin- off of a research group, led by Professor Fetah BENABID, which develops, manufactures and markets gas phased photonic components using proprietary Hollow Core Photonic Crystal Fibers (HC-PCF) technology. The unique features of this innovative fiber technology provide a flexible and cost effective way to shape and transport Ultra Short laser Pulses (USP) with extremely low attenuation and nearly-free temporal and spectral distortion. GLOphotonics product offer include: The Photonic Microcell (PMC), a stand- alone component that consist of a HC-PCF filled with gas and fiber terminations which can be tailored to customer needs. The Beam Delivery System (BDS), a ruggedized and pre-aligned module for high power beam delivery, available for Yb , Nd:Yag lasers and also now for 500 – 700 nm spectral range.
