This presentation was from a talk about HR data analysis. We use productive and non-productive time to help create a dashboard that allows the CFO and nurse managers find out if they have positions (FTEs) available to hire and if so, what posistions they can hire in. Now, this is just a tool for healthcare but it allows us to look at FTEs in a much more granular way.
The tool also offers many features like daily updates on the progress of applicants. This was the initial project phase but I think has all the core elements many hospitals are looking for when it comes to building a productivity dashboard in tableau.
