In today's video, I am going to share with you some of the struggles Iam facing as a parent who has grown kids who have finally left the nest. Empty nest syndrome is real, and there are many disadvantages and advantages that come with it. It is going to happen even if we like it or not. I will share with you some of the things I am doing to cope up with Empty nest syndrome. We go through grieving, loneliness, mood swings and lots more. We can try to cope by venturing into new hobbies, keeping ourselves busy so that we don't think of the Empty nest all the time. Start a Youutube channel, go out often, plan about your retirement and do the things you love to do.
