A practical guide to restraints in Phenix - Nigel Moriarty
Generation of restraints in Phenix can be accomplished using the electronic Ligand Builder and Optimisation Worksbench (eLBOW). As the name suggests, it is a veritable toolbox for creating restraints from a large number of inputs and with a flexible flowchart to obtain the best possible outcomes. Other tools such as ReadySet! and the GUI provide simplified access but an expert user can bring many algorithms to bear on their ligand.
