Change Management Playbook for Leaders
In this segment, I speak with author Karen Whelan about how leaders can manage the transition into change. Leaders must get everyone involved in the process so as to make everyone emotionally invested in this new world they're trying to create. The first step is simple: once you have something in mind, ask everyone "What are you willing to do to make this happen?" This makes it personal, and they will give their all to the movement towards change. It holds people accountable; the whole dynamic of the process is thus changed.
