What is the FLR M application? You would use the FLR M form to apply to extend your stay in the UK as a spouse, partner or dependent child of a British citizen or someone with UK ILR. settled person. FLR M stands for Further Leave to Remain in the Marriage category.
To qualify you must meet three main requirements: the financial requirements, the accommodation requirement, and the ‘genuine relationship’ test. The Immigration Rules contain strict requirements in terms of the supporting documents that you must provide in support of your spouse visa extension application, as well as the content and format of the documents. Evidence of income from dividends, investments, etc.
Evidence of other income from Allowances and Benefits
