Whether this is a cherished person or a beloved pet, this journey will guide you to tap into their essence and bask in the deep connection that is eternal between the both of you, allowing grief healing to take place.

I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). This healing meditation incorporates the yoga nidra method I learned on Ally Boothroyd’s Transformational Sleep course.
Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will guided to connect with your departed loved one and then through a simple exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).
My voice will slip away after about 34 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out of body experience or deep sleep.
If at any point this healing meditation feels too overwhelming, please return to your inner sanctuary within you, the space we call ashraya or inner refuge in yoga nidra.
This astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.
This is astral travel meditation technique is most effective with headphones.
