Astral Projection Guided Meditation | Affirmation Technique
This Astral Projection Guided Meditation uses the affirmation technique and yoga nidra to help you unlock profound out of body experiences and astral project with ease. Listening to these affirmations as you drift off to sleep can trigger an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE) and help you explore beyond the physical world.
This astral travel guided meditation uses the yoga nidra method (also referred to as non sleep deep rest or NSDR) I learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.
Repeating affirmations is a powerful way to help you focus your thoughts and replace negative or limiting beliefs with more positive ones.
I invite to repeat these affirmations silently to yourself with as much emotion and feeling as possible. The more you can feel the intent behind the words, the more powerful they become.
Astral Projection Guided Meditation | Affirmation Technique
💫 My voice will fall away after about 20 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep.
The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.
This is astral travel meditation is set to binaural beats and also to the sound of waves (nature sounds) in a few sections.
