Singleplayer Tarkov: Visceral Dismemberment is Too Good
Visceral Dismemberment mod... half showcase. It makes for some really funny moments when you get one tapped by a PMC spraying your friend and he turns and hits you in the cranium with the last bullet and you're spectating lol.
