Boyi WK68 is a 65% 68-key keyboard sold on Amazon for $76.99 at the time of making this video. My girlfriend bought the WK68 for her pc on a whim and it sounded really good for only being $75 or so, so I bought one and decided it was worth modding. This compares the stock keeb to a budget-friendly modded one.
Audio Signal Chain: RODE NT1-A, Audient ID14 MkII, no effects or processing.
The mods on the "Weather" keyboard:
Lubed stabilizers (stock clip ins, believe it or not. Lubed with G-Lube)
Polyurethane Foam Dampening (Seat cushions from Walmart, specifically)
Akko Matcha Greens, Factory Lubed (from Amazon, great pre-lubing job)
Tape mod with Packing Tape (4 layers)
