Making custom Meteorite jewelry! Acid etching and fabrication
We had the pleasure of creating these custom meteorite ring and earrings for our clients wedding, all the way in Singapore! Meteorite is not actually rock but metal, a mixture of nickel and iron. This made for a very fun project, where we had to learn how to etch meteorite with acid (don't do this at home) and to thin it out enough to make an inlay for men's bands.
