After a two year hiatus, the showdown for the 2022 New York Class A Championship was held at Hofstra University with the Northport Tigers taking on the Baldwinsville Bees. Led by solid goaltending and timely scoring, the Bees upset the nationally ranked Tigers with a 10-7 victory, capturing their first NYS State title.
