Staples vs Darien | 2022 CIAC Class L Championship
Held at Sacred Heart University, the 2022 Connecticut Class L championship featured to familiar foes when Staples took on the top seeded Darien Blue Wave. Led by a dominant effort from FOGO Henry Dodge at the X and outstanding goaltending from freshman goalie Josh Marcus, the Wreckers led from start to finish en route to a 12-3 win and the first state championship win in school history.
