Heather Archer returns to the Graduate School of Social Work after her Catalyst Event for a special workshop event for staff, faculty and doctoral students.

The second of three additional offerings from Heather, the Decolonizing the Workplace for Organizational Wellness Workshop will include conversation and small group work that focuses on the history of grind culture and its intersection in the workplace with racism and other forms of oppression. Heather aims to teach participants how to lower workplace stress and to reduce cases of workplace trauma by reimagining professionalism by using an equity framework.

Attendance at the previous workshop or Catalyst event is not required for attendance at this workshop.
