The Graduate School of Social Work honored Professor Kimberly Bender for her contributions to the school and field. As we celebrated her installation as the Philip D. and Eleanor G. Winn Endowed Professor for Children and Youth, Bender answered these complicated questions that lie at the center of social work’s complicated past, dynamic present, and ever-changing future.
