Is Windows 11 just a cosmetic change?
Although visual changes in presentations are highlighted the most, there is an important reason why Microsoft broke the Windows as a service paradigm and the fact that windows 10 was supposed to be the last version on windows. Windows is trying to be as opened as possible and support other company products, devices app stores and other things. But for all of the future developments to make sense they have decided to introduce windows 10x changes to new windows version for everyone, not just ARM CPU users and create a cloud driven OS Windows 365 as a service.
