We get it- teaching is TOUGH! Harder today than perhaps ever before. Inflation, politics, COVID, and all kinds of related outside influences have caused teachers to have to take on more than ever before. Discipline issues are through the roof, expectations are being created and re-defined to meet the needs of a post-pandemic education system centered on technology and filling learning gaps. It's a lot to take in! That said, let's focus on what we have control over- it's literally all we can do! In this video, I discuss a few of the things that have worked to prevent me from burning out. I hope these strategies and suggestions can work for you as they have worked for me! If so, why don't you share with a friend? Also, I'd love to hear about the things YOU do to avoid burnout! Let me know in the comments.
