In Lunatic this was a complete joke, now it's actually fairly hard. Bug moves don't beat everything anymore as they don't exist and Medicine is a more dangerous lead than Kaguya as she doesn't have Chansey defense. Hatate is easily the MVP in this as she walls both leads, letting her setting up with Nasty Plot + Speed Boost.
Medicine : Nature/Poison, ability is either Poison Body or Chlorophyll, knows Poison Bomb, Ancient Power, Energy Light, ???
D/Wriggle : Nature type, Overgrow ability, knows Leech Seed, Energy Ball (120/75 Fighting, Special), Wriggle Kick (lol idk)
A/Yuuka : Nature (and maybe Dark), can't remember what she has.
A/Yuuka (PC-98) : Nature/Dark (likely), knows Comet Punch (I think that's Steel type), ...
D/Kanako : Shinto type (not sure if mono), knows Silver Wind (likely Shinto type, not sure), ...
Aki Sisters : Nature/Water or Nature/Earth, knows Blaze Kick, ...
