Val di Mello for everyone!
An easy and scenic circular hike in the Mello Valley.
Park at the sports center in San Martino (SO) and immediately reach the trailhead.
Keep the Masino stream on your left at all times and continue through the woods. The route alternates between wooded sections, simple fords, and beautiful views of the valley. Once you reach the Rasega refuge, cross the Masino stream and head back toward San Martino. On this side of the stream, you'll find several farmhouses.
The trail, with its moderate elevation gain and easy terrain, is very simple and enjoyable.
Appropriate footwear and clothing are required.
