After gaining independence, the Latvian state built its first railway line in 1929. It was the strategically important Glūda-Liepāja route. And it is exactly there that the first episode of the programme will transport its viewers to. There were more than 20 stations in total, more than one of them - majestic structures, also symbolizing greatness of Latvia. Nowadays, the passenger train stops at only a few of them, among others, passing by Airīte, Josta and Tadaiķi. Although architecturally they are almost the same, the fate of each is different. What is it? More about it in the programme.
