Ultrasonic cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning has many benefits over traditional methods. This method is a very efficient form of cleaning visible and extra-small contamination, dust particles from the surface. Here, by surface, we mean the surface of the sliders that are located on the tips of an actuator arm. Sound waves an ultrasonic cleaner generates, act as an invisible brush and clean the slightly concaved surface of the sliders. Generally, this method is not used on a daily basis, unless there is a special need to do so.
