Pan Roasted Cod with Whiskey Cream, Cabbage & Bacon
This recipe is BIG on flavor and could easily make a nice addition to any St. Patrick's Day dinner! Couple this with some sautéed cabbage and bacon and you've got yourself an outstanding dinner. If you're not into using alcohol in your cooking, you can always sub out the whiskey for some nice apple cider vinegar and everything will work out just fine.
