How Do You Know When Enough Is Enough? | Editing & Retouching
Because we’re artists we tend to be perfectionists, but perfection is often not economically sound and it’s also not easy to achieve and this idea that the more time we spend on something automatically means better result is a total untruth. In the words of the great Leonardo DaVinci ‘Art is never finished, it’s only abandoned.’ Now, whilst none of us are ‘abandoning’ our art willy-nilly, each edit and project has to have an end point. Right? But just how do you figure out WHEN that point is? This is the topic I’ll be discussing in this video.
