When you think of French Christmas markets, you probably imagine cold weather, lights, and hot chocolate.
But this is France… in the tropics.
In this video, I’m visiting the St Leu Christmas Market in Réunion Island — a French overseas territory in the Indian Ocean.
It’s warm, coastal, full of families, and completely different from the usual European Christmas vibe.
Just walking around, observing, and experiencing what a French Christmas looks like with palm trees instead of snow.
