GTA LCS Special Vehicle Guide: DP/BP Triad Fish Van
In this Video, I show how to obtain the DP/BP Triad Fish Van from "Big Rumble in Little China" with passing the Mission. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as showing the DP/BP Properties.
Pre-requisites needed: A Heavy/UH/WP PCJ-600, Flamethrower, and Remote Grenades.
After starting the mission, bump into the Triad Fish Van to make him drive around fast and start droping the crates on it. Then head to Ammu-nation and wait for the Van pass near the place. Once that happens, have a Flamethrower equipped and shoot a bit of flames on the van to stop it. The van will stop, but also still starting catching fire. Quick enter the gun shop, as that will cancel the fire and prevent the van from exploring. Then gun down the two triads, and take the van to the Pay'n Spray to repair the van. Then take the van to the ditching area near the Ferry Station. Then go to Chinatown and from distance, throw a Remote Grenade into the triads group. Then head to the safehouse to pick the Heavy/UH/WP PCJ-600, and go where you left the van. Then enter the van and get it sideways into the water without drowning. Then use the Water Proof PCJ-600 to slowly push the van to full ditch it. Once the van is fully ditched in the water, press the detonator to explode the Grenade to kill the triads and pass the mission. Make sure the van is fully in the water, otherwise the game will explode the van once killing the triads. Also don't push it too far into the water, as you need a space on the land down the water to push the van out after passing the mission. If you done it right, van won't explode after passing the mission. Then carefully push the van out of water. Once the van is out if water, it yours to take it. Now if you want to store it, you must activate the Avenging Angels and convert it into DP. The reason for that is because the van is too tall to pass the top of the garage, thus needing to be into the Pre-Damage Proof phase, the ghost mode, to store it in the Portland garage. Alternatively you can leave it on game's memory outside the safehouse and pass the remaining Portland missions until the Staunton garage is unlocked, as that garage is tall enough to save the Triad Van without problems. That method requires that you drive nothing else besides the truck, except for mission vehicles as they doesn't count.
