Big thanks to my uncle who helped me make this, I couldn't have ever made it myself.
Using a bone as a material is a little bit disgusting, it gave me creeps the whole time, however, my overall impression is that this bone folder does a way better job than my wooden one. Once you see all that a bone folder can do, you'll wonder how you ever crafted without one.
Also, if you are not vegan/vegetarian, and you eat meat, you probably threw away quite a few bones in your lifetime. We used bull bones my uncle had for some time. They were first cooked and then dried outside to make them clean.
I think the process would be the same if you decided to make this from a piece of wood.
