Showmark MultiSpooler Braider Bobbin Batch Winder
The MultiSpooler is a programmable winding machine that simplifies the task of preparing batches of bobbins for use with braiding machines or for winding high volumes of spools of fishing line for retail sales.
The MultiSpooler works with a variety of flexible wires or filaments. It produces a 25-inch long batch of neatly wound spools or bobbins at speeds up to 800 rpm. The operator only needs to attach the line onto the first spool. The machine automatically switches to each subsequent spool after the last one is wound. Almost any kind of spool or bobbin can be accommodated, and the system will hold hundreds of setup recipes containing spool and filament sizes, lengths, and tension. All setup and control in done through a simple to use 15-inch touchscreen interface.
