Dual Payoff Programmable Magnet Winder
This system winds superconducting magnet wire from two supply spools with separate tension control and reversibility for each spool. The wire is fed from the spools onto a mandrel that is turned and traversed based on a stored recipe. It can wind with up to 10 pounds of tension.
