About the Speaker:
Vikram Menon Malin pursued his Mechanical Engineering degree during 2005-2009 in the Pilani campus.
Currently he is the Vice-President @PI Industried Ltd.
He has 15 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance, Cross-functional Project Management and Analytics.
He has built, led and mentored high performing diverse teams across multiple geographies in a dynamic / start up environment. Rich and varied experience across multiple industries - Chemicals, Telecommunications, E-commerce, Retail and Urban Mobility.
He has also managed a portfolio of 50+ Black Belt & Green Belt projects that delivered annualized savings worth ~ USD $70 million.
