Juicing & Getting My Labs Done Before Mommy Makeover Surgery

Before surgery, I need to get cleared by my EKG tests. An EKG is often requested before major surgery to ensure your heart is healthy enough to endure the surgery itself. It assesses the likelihood of experiencing a heart-related complication during surgery.
The blood tests will also check on my iron and hemoglobin levels. The desirable hemoglobin level before surgery is anything over a 12 g/dl. Stay tuned until the end of the video, where I show you how I've been juicing to help prepare for my surgery, and to get my iron and hemoglobin levels up!
