I Have Diastasis Recti & Two Hernias After My Two Pregnancies | I Need Surgery
In February 2023, I got diagnosed with severe Diastasis Recti. After working out and losing all the baby weight, I was left with two hernias and a lot of loose skin that working out couldn’t fix. On Thursday May 25th, I underwent surgery for muscle repair and hernia repair. These procedures were medically recommended in order to avoid hernia strangulation and other complications. Follow me on my journey towards looking and feeling like my best self, so that in turn I can be a better mom, better teacher, and a better me.
