In these 4 videos, spanning Chapters 10 to 13 of Artur's Voice, I'm going to discuss what I consider to have historically been the main controversy in each of the four sciences.
In this chapter, I discuss the main controversy in the history of physics: cold nuclear fusion. This controversy erupted on March 23, 1989, when two very unknown physicists, Englishman Martin Fleischmann and American Stanley Pons, announced to the world that they had achieved a room-temperature nuclear reaction of two stable elements, palladium and platinum (the nuclear reaction occurs primarily at the palladium electrode).
