In Minecraft 1.8 snapshot 14w30b, I found a render glitch/bug. No redstone, EASY tutorial/tips!

English: The new snapshot has a slight bug: the chunks you don't look at are getting unloaded. This is supposed to increase your FPS, but it also enables you to look through unloaded chunks in the corner of you screen. This only works if you're standing on the edge of a chunk. Try changing your POV for the best results.

Dutch: De nieuwe snapshot heeft een kleine bug: de chunks waarnaar je niet kijkt worden niet meer geladen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je FPS omhoog gaan, maar je kan erdoor ook door het terrein heen kijken in het hoekje van je scherm. Dit is alleen mogelijk als je op de rand van een chunk staat. Probeer je POV aan te passen voor de beste resultaten.
