Bakkwa is a dried meat product made from pork, beef, chicken or lamb. Some have a sweet flavour, some are spiced up with chilli. My favourite is the Chilli pork bakkwa.
My favourite store to buy Bakkwa in Singapore is the Bee Chieng Hiang which has stores over Singapore including at the airport, Orchard Road and in Singapore's Chinatown.
