I was wandering around early one morning & noticed Ziggy was pretty active, so I grabbed my cell phone & started video'ing. This happened pretty late into a 6min video - I still can't believe I caught it on camera.
Ziggy is typically pretty laid/back docile. But Sheila E was being rude and swishing her tail - with the venomous barb on it! - in his face because he was going into the big cave. They all kind of fight over that one at times. But Ziggy wasn't "kicking her out of it." She was just being rude...and Ziggy didn't like it AT ALL.
I've been keeping a close eye on Sheila E to make sure the bite wasn't too bad - and she will hopefully be fine. So far so good...Purple Tangs are expensive!
