Five minute yoga sesh | Mariah McLean
Hi guys welcome back to my channel! todays video is going to be a first time for me! so pls be kind in the comments (lmao) If you follow me on instagram then you would already know that I am currently enrolled in a yoga teaching course! It is 500 hours and I just started shortly after the holidays!
My love for fitness is nothing new as you can see from previous videos I have posted over the years. When I first started Youtube I was doing makeup and hair tutorials as that was my passion at the time! Now that I am a 32 Year old mother (isn't that crazy?) my life is obviously different in so many ways!
However, I am not new to yoga and mediation as I have been practicing on and off the past few years! Now I am ready to embrace a new chapter!
Some of you have been around long enough to have seen some pretty crazy things happen in my life. That being said I can't thank you all enough for the support throughout the years! It was a wild ride and I am so thankful to be where I am today! So - I am rebranding my channel. I am a whole different person then I was 10 years ago!
I didn't want to start a new channel because this channel has been around for so long. It is who I am, it is my journey, my evolution as a human! I don't want to pretend that I wasn't who I was 10 years ago! I want to share my journey, in its entirety no matter how cringe it may be!!
With all this being said - I truly hope you guys enjoy the new content I have in store for you guys. It's going to be a lot different then what you were use to! Since teaching yoga is ultimately what I wanna do, I will be posting tutorials on here! I want them to be calming, enjoyable and help you to escape even for 5 minutes!
I just started learning the skills it takes to teach yoga and let me be real.- its not easy! This is my first video, my first time doing this! so be kind in the comments and know your girl has room for improvement! Feel free to leave suggestions and kind words in the comments! I am all ears!
I believe I will continue to do vlogs on here occasionally to - more mom related stuff as I am a mama to my beautiful daughter Wynter! She is 1 years old and the light of my life! Drop any video suggestions down in the comments to!
