Watch Dogs Legion Benchmark with Lutris Wine 6.4 and DXVK 1.7.3 on Uplay/Ubisoft connect

The game is running on a I7 3770 + GTX 1070 (see "PC CONFIGURATION" and
"GRAPHIC SETTINGS" below for details).

Remark:
To play the game with proton you need to disable Battleye and activate DirectX11 mode (instead of DirectX12)
Add the following options in Ubisoft connect/Uplay launch options for the game
(see Properties "Game launch arguments" section in the Ubisoft client)
-dx11 -BattlEyeLauncher

Game tested during a free trial weekend on Ubisoft Store.

Note that my CPU is quite old and this game is CPU hungry and not very optimized - meaning you need to limit your game graphic options. The settings here are sweet spot for a general 38-60FPS experience with my config. It could be better but the game optimization is really bad especially in open world during car chasing.

Note that this video is recorded with a cheap capture card .. The video image is not the highest quality but there is no frame loss during recording.

ANTI ALIASING TAA
TEMPORAL UPSCALING 90% (1821x1024 upscaled)
IMAGE SHARPNESS 50%

The game is rendered at 90% meaning 1821x1024 ... then upscaled to full screen. (see Temporal upscaling).
The settings are a sweet spot for performance between open world scenes like car chasing and mission interior scenes. So there is a big compromise in visual fidelity but it avoid stuttering during car scenes. If you want better framerate with a similar settings, you would need to lower the texture resolution or put Anti aliasing to FXAA ... cause better texture and AA have a significant impact on CPU usage for some reason.
