In this episode, I review two distributions of Manjaro Linux, the two dynamic tiling window managers i3 and Sway. It is the first in a new series where I review the different desktops of a distribution. Currently I am doing Manjaro, a very popular Arch-based distribution of Linux. I plan on reviewing the three official distributions as well as the five Community editions. I decided--even though it makes for a bit longer of a video than normal--to review the two tiling window managers because they are essentially the same, though with some major differences, not the least is that Sway uses the Wayland graphical display instead of X11. Though Sway uses the same keybindings as i3 (sort of), there are a lot of differences under the hood, most especially in the configuration files. So join me on another journey, especially if you've always wanted to learn about the various desktops of Manjaro and which one you think you might like the best.
