Checking Out Pardus Linux | Not a Linux Guru Guy
In this episode, I'm looking over an interesting distribution based in Turkey, and supported and used by the Turkish government: Pardus. One advantage there is you don't have to worry about it going away anytime soon. Especially since the distribution has been around since 2003. It isn't one of those fly-by-night operations.
But it does have one disadvantage that is likely to be a deal-breaker for many. You'll see what I'm talking about in this video. For others, however, they may not encounter it. A lot depends on where you live.
Come with me as I discover Pardus, which is "Leopard" in Turkish. Thus the pictures of leopards.
