Mutton Steamed Momo
Ingredients:
For momo Sheets
All Purpose flour 2 cups
Water to knead the dough 1 cup or as required
For Stuffing:
Mutton mince 500 grams
Medium sized Onion chopped 2
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp chopped
Grated ginger 1 tsp
Salt to taste.
