Enjoy soft ,spongy, yummy Almond Cake made without oven
Ingredients
Oil/butter 1 cup
All Purpose flour/Maida 1 Cup
Powder Sugar 1 cup
Almound Powder/Flour 3/4th Cup
3 Eggs
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Salt a pinch
Almond Essence 2 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Chopped Almond 2 tbsp for mixing in the batter
Chopped almond 2 tbsp for garnish
Salt 1 cup to put in the pan to bake the cake
