I really enjoy this basement walk in closet because it's almost room sized, and allows for one to have not only software/peripherals/collectibles stored and displayed, but also offers up enough space to have some setups running. It's almost like a mini games room.
I've been working on a few ideas to tidy this area up, as I'm really trying to condense the amount of shelving units housing software; which is possible with additional shelves added to the billy oxberg and morliden units, which would in turn allow me to remove the two non-glass door shelving units; as I'd like to fit my collection of game art books/strategy guides/comic & manga graphic novels, in a Kallax unit I have that has been collecting dust for years now.
At present, the PVM is back up on its perch, and the class of 81 replica has been moved in as well, but I'm sure that will be subject to change; doesn't it always in the constantly evolving game room layout design process? Hah.
In any event, I like making these throw back types of vids that were more abundant in the heyday of the retro game scene on youtube when there weren't too many of us around, before game channels became ratings garnering, scripted, television programmes, and were more in the spirit of what youtube was originally intended to be.
